How do you get money 2006 to put your registrar in order by date and not by the payee?

I can download my data and put it into the register, but when it puts it in, everything is in alphabetical order and not by the date that the transaction took place. Anybody out there that knows how to change this please tell me how. It is driving me crazy!|||Click the date column at the top - you should see a triangle in your payee column. Clicking on the date column will change the triangle over.
