If a pending transaction doesn't have a date by it, does that mean it hasn't been posted yet?

It only has the name of the company but my others have dates by them.|||~~Pending means not yet posted. It probably has been deducted from your balance but not necessarily posted, so could be removed. It stays in a pending status until the merchant has proofed the transaction.~~
