If a transaction is still pending but says today is the post date, will it officially go through tomorrow?

I have some pending transactions and the post date on all of them say 3-18 right now. Does that mean they're going through tonight and won't be pending tomorrow or what?|||That usually means they are pending until close of the post day. So, yes tomorrow they will not be pending anymore.
