Wrong date's on bussness contract.does that invaidate the contract,I hope it does?

Was/did the document need to be notarized ? What type of business contract was it. Not all contracts are legally enforceable if certain aspects of them cannot be reasonably be accomplished by one side or the other. Can you be a little more specific ?
